Every plan carries hard caps on pages, API calls, and media — they are visible in Settings at all times, and nothing bills automatically when you reach one. Agents count against your API budget, never against a per-seat roll-up. If you are getting close to a cap, we tell you a week early; there is no overage line item to reconcile later.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle so no one loses pages mid-project. Annual plans can be switched at renewal.
